Job Description

  • Build production-grade Agentic AI systems with planning, memory, tool usage, and orchestration capabilities
  • Develop Python-based backend services powering Lagozon’s AI products, platforms, and accelerators
  • Design and implement LLM-driven workflows including RAG pipelines, AI agents, multi-agent coordination, tool calling, and guardrails
  • Build enterprise copilots and intelligent assistants using Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and modern AI frameworks
  • Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and external services
  • Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable AI applications for enterprise use cases
  • Write clean, efficient, and production-ready Python code following software engineering best practices
  • Collaborate with AI engineers, data engineers, and product teams to deliver innovative AI solutions
  • Contribute to the design, development, deployment, and continuous enhancement of Lagozon’s AI products and platforms

Key Skills Required

  • Python & Software Engineering: Strong Python programming skills with expertise in APIs, OOP, data structures, debugging, testing, and clean architecture
  • Ability to write, debug, optimize, and maintain production-grade code independently
  • Strong engineering fundamentals with the ability to build robust solutions beyond AI-assisted coding
  • AI & LLM Engineering: Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, AI agents, and Agentic AI workflows
  • Understanding of multi-agent architectures, memory systems, orchestration, tool calling, and guardrails
  • AI Frameworks & Integrations: Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI SDKs, or equivalent AI frameworks
  • Hands-on experience integrating APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and external services
  • Generative AI Platforms: Experience with Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, custom copilots, and enterprise AI solutions
  • Understanding of AI-powered workflow automation and intelligent assistants
  • Additional Skills: Git proficiency, software development best practices, analytical thinking, debugging, communication, and collaboration abilities

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on software development or AI engineering experience
