We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate AI Engineer to join our AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE).

Build production-grade Agentic AI systems with planning, memory, tool usage, and orchestration
Develop Python-based backends powering Lagozon’s in-house AI products and accelerators
Build LLM-driven workflows: RAG pipelines, multi-agent coordination, tool calling, and guardrails
Develop enterprise copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio integrated with real business systems
Experience Range: 2 Years
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline

Python as primary language — strong fundamentals in data structures, APIs, OOP, and clean architecture
Practical exposure to LLMs, embeddings, RAG, agents, or prompt engineering
Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI / Azure OpenAI SDKs, or equivalents
Comfort integrating with REST APIs, databases, and external services
Bonus: Copilot Studio, Power Automate, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Azure AI Search), Azure cloud-native design
Git proficiency and clean, testable code practices
